Coral has 35 years of beef further processing industry experience, with 30 years combined between J.M. Schneider Inc. and Maple Leaf Foods. Coral’s current role is Manager, Beef Procurement, Maple Leaf Foods. Her responsibilities include development of the beef procurement strategy, management of beef import quota, commodity forecasting, vendor contracts as well as cost savings and budget initiatives. Coral supports industry organizations such as; I.E. Canada, CMC, Alliance for Free Trade and Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada Department ADHOC-TQAC meetings.
